Outer Limits, Waltham, Mass
Classic store, Good Size, Steve the owner, Nice Guy, is almost always there.
Has tons of collectibles, old statues, some great displays.
Here's a link to his site and the google map link below
If I have a chance I will try to get some pictures

The Outer Limits is full of regulars who are real characters and you can overhear some pretty humerous exchanges while browsing on comic day.
Probably the most "balanced" and visually appealing store you could find. They stock just the right amount of everything and it's all laid out convieniently and attractively. Worth a visit from anywhere.

Might have to check this place out...I'm in Newport, RI till Friday. Went to Boston yesterday to sightsee and never thought to check SM for recommendations so I missed out. I walked passed Newbury Comics, but they had no statues in the joint at all!?

Newbury Comics is more of a music and toy store these days. Comics are stashed way in the back if they have any at all. It's a far cry from the way things were when they first opened in Boston, but once they started opening more shops in the suburbs they completely lost their focus on comics.
Outer Limits is always worth a trip. I haven't been there since he moved to a larger store front a few doors up from where they were, but even the smaller shop had something for just about everybody. Don't get your hopes up to see a lot of Bowen statues though. It's rare to see new releases by BD in any of the smaller stores around here and even the big ones like That's Entertainment in Worcester only have a few of the older MBs.
There's enough diversity at Outer Limits to keep you busy for a while and you can really eat up time talking to Steve if he's working. He's the comic retailer you always wanted to be in your dreams and is probably the most knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to comics.
