Default NY Toy Fair 2016: Factory Entertainment Monolith Series: Avengers Alex Ross

I saw these on another site but I can't see who makes them. They look like they are styled after Alex Ross art. Anyone know who makes them?

I just saw that on another website as well. I'll see if I can find it...

EDIT: Alex Ross posted pics on his Facebook page. Says they are from Factory Entertainment. No other details but there are a couple other pictures.

Interesting...they look great. Looks to be all one piece... Hope it's intended for retail.

No pre-orders on Factory's website, so I assume they aren't even in production yet.

If they can figure out how to incorporate Goliath into the Avengers piece based on the Alex Ross Giclee - that'll be a must get....

Yeah, it's pretty cute.
Since it's one of their "motion statues" it probably bounces around on those springs pretty good.
I have Factory's Green Lantern Premium Motion Statue and it's fairly well made.
My only question is why is the Deadpool one twice as much as the Green Lantern and Superman motion statues?

Wouldn't be surprised if its just movie hype.

It does look very cool though.

Question

Figure this a good place to ask this.... But, I used to be a HUGE toy collector. I sold my modern Star Wars toys for a down payment on a house. Now, I've moved on to toys, but I can't help myself if I'm in Target or Wal-mart strolling down the toy aisle and I still read some of the toy sites. So.... to my question.

I live on the west coast so getting to NY is not a common occurrence for me, but I was wondering for those that have attended or get to attend yearly - is this trek Bucket List worthy?

I'm assuming yes since I love vendor halls and toys at comic cons, etc... So, its pretty much rhetorical, but if its more hassle than enjoyment I'd like to know for an out of towner. I just was wondering if it was worth crossing off my convention lists:

Dragon Con
San Diego Comic Con
DONE - Phoenix Comic Con x5
DONE - Gen Con x7
DONE - Star Wars Celebration II
NY Toy Fair??

What say you?

I miss Gen con. I was supposed to go this year and then a friend decided to have their wedding that weekend.

DOH! Yeah, I lived in Indy for 17yrs before I moved to AZ. Used to love 4 days of Magic, D&D, Pathfinder, TerrorWerks (my Fave) and the RAM Brewery 24/7 lol. I try to schedule business trips back to Indy during the week so I can go Thurs evening, but its just not the same. I did it one year, and I won't even try to go unless I can do all 4 days again.

How rude. I hope you made a big scene about it at the reception.

Dude, never mind those other cons. If you haven't been to SDCC yet put all your focus and cash into getting there this year.
Life is short and you could die tomorrow.
And if you don't go this year you'll go another whole year without having memories you'll cherish forever.
Just sayin.

I would also add the NYCC. I think it's now bigger than the SDCC. I plan on going in the next couple years.

Yeah, SDCC is up there - but Costa Rica, Thailand/Myanmar trips come before those expense wise, but I should be able to knock out both international trips this year if things go my way. Sounds like I'll NYCC too.

Too bad that avengers line up doesn't have the giant man from the painting. That would have been epic.

I bought that canvas from a member here years ago, I'd love to display these with it!!
