Default Prime 1 Arkham Origins Deathstroke statue (1/3 scale)

I just received this statue a few days ago and I have to say...this is one of the most impressive statues I have ever seen. I know it's based on a video game but the costume looks incredible. It's my 2nd favorite Deathstroke costume right after the classic Perez one.

As for the statue...it's absolutely magnificent. Prime gave us an absolutely KILLER sculpt. Slade looks so menacing and deadly. He comes with a ton of switch out parts and the QC is amazing. The paint apps on this are really a sight to behold. The battle damage to his costume looks so real. This piece is also very imposing because it comes in 1/3 scale. I'm a HUGE Deathstroke fan and I can't say enough good things about it. I'm truly in awe whenever I look at this statue. I'm thrilled to be able to add this to my collection. Hats off to Prime. They flat out crushed this piece.

At 1/3 scale, it must be incredible to see in person.

That's it! Yes, he's pretty tall. The figure itself is about 26" tall. On the base he stands around 30" tall and if you display him with his rifle, it's about 32" to the tip. He's a big boy.

This piece is so incredibly well made. Sculpt and paint apps are superb. However, he also comes with a ton of switch out parts that allow you to display him in a number of ways. He can be displayed holding his staff or rifle in his right hand or you can display him with an empty closed right fist. His left hand has 3 options as well. He can be displayed with an empty left fist, a sword, or his left hand clutching Batman's cowl. The left hand holding the Bat cowl is the EX feature.

For me personally, this is such an impressive piece. One of the very best (if not the best) in my collection. I absolutely love the piece and can't stop admiring it.

To say the least Tarasadies. However, seeing it in person is truly mind blowing. The quality of this statue really shows up when you are actually able to see it for yourself. This piece easily goes down as statue of the year for me personally.

Out of curiosity, how much does that retail for?

Hoping for a Phase 6 with FS Statues of the following

  • Moondragon
  • Mantis
  • Wonder Man (in the Perez Designed costume)
  • Havok (need a new one in his classic costume because the existing one is too expensive on Ebay)
  • The Red Guardian (The Defenders member-this one is a longshot)
  • and a REALLY GOOD Phoenix Museum pose

I don't know what flip629 paid for him, but a quick "Google" search puts the price at around $930.
Considering what XM stuff goes for in 1/4 scale, I'm amazed they could keep the price on this under a grand.

I bought the EX off of sideshow's website. They are the authorized Prime 1 distributor here in the States. TF is correct, he retails for $930. I used my sideshow rewards points and was able to knock the price down to $750. I can honestly say though, if I didn't have any rewards points available, I would have paid full retail for it. I'm a HUGE DS fan and this is a magnificent looking statue. There's no way I could pass on it.

Wish you could post a pic. I'd love to see just how big this thing is next to some 1/6 scale statues.
Owning it must be like adding a new child to the household.

If I knew how to post pics, I would... just to give everyone a chance to see how big this piece is. It towers over 1/6 pieces. The height and mass of this piece is something to behold in person. You're not far off when you said it's like adding a child to the household.
