Price point and size are about right but the more I look at it the more I hate the pose. If his right arm was bent and clenched in a fist it would have been ok. His torso is turned a little too much.
And is it just me or is his chest sunken in and the bottom of his rib cage/top of his abs sticking out? It's hard to tell with his leg there but his stomach seems to stick too far forward.
I'd agree with some of the complaints on the pose.. if it were a more modern armor.
But I think the exaggerated stance is fitting for the era of comics being depicted.
That's an interesting point. Maybe we need more statues that have poses that go with the era they are from.....gotta wonder about that right foot though, seems to pointing in an impossible direction.

LOL...I didn't even notice that right foot. I tried standing that way myself and it's possible but very awkward.
Not sure if this is official but here are some details:

Regarding the pose, and I might be mistaken about this as I was quite young, but I thought he used to have to stabilize when firing from his hands? I.E. Now we kinda take for granted that when hes firing a cannon from his hand, he has other things that stabilize his body. I "thought" that back in the day he had to stabilize a bit so he didn't blow over.
I mean think about the kick you get on some hand guns. Now instead it's basically a cannon in your hand.
