Default So, look who I found while visiting Universal Studios Orlando

I was in Orlando for work, and we had the opportunity to swing by Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. A big portion of the park is devoted to Marvel comics characters. While I was in the gift shop, what did I see? Numerous Bowen statues, including:

AND

There were several others as well (Hydro Iron Man, for example).

Unfortunately, the prices were heroic as well:

Hawkeye:

Spidey:

I think the Ms. Marvel mini-bust was up in the $140 range.

Still, it was cool to see them out in the wild outside of a comic shop.

Wish list for new Bowen sculpts (all full size):
1) KANG the Conqueror!, 2) Ronan the Accuser, 3) Hobgoblin YAY!, 4) Green Goblin YAY!, 5) 80's Cyclops, 6) Baron Zemo

Do you have a spare regular hand for the Bowen Apocalypse FS? If so, PM me please!

I really like going to IoA and checking out the offerings too. They usually have some pretty cool stuff.

Garsh, I feel bad for unsuspecting tourists that don't know they can get these for cheaper prices elsewhere. Cool post though!

I wonder if they buy direct from Bowen or through Diamond or another distributor. Pretty cool to have Universal Studios as a BD customer either way.

My wife and I have resident season passes. We spend a lot of time there when we go.
