This is going with my Astonishing display, then when I get cash I need to track down the first one for a decent price to go with my X-factor display.

Couldn't agree more. The legs just look a bit odd w/ the new position of the arms. Maybe its the angle of the photo. Also the face is really blue, I wish it were a tad lighter. Wings are awesome, actually I'm happy they aren't chromed. I'm wait listed on this and will purchase if given the chance, I was just hoping for more for my favorite character depicted in his most badass role to date.

Hey Randy.

Can we see some more pics, maybe from different angles?

I like the resculpt, but don't like the rusty look of the base. I'd prefer it to be just black to match as much as possible to the other X-force statues (since it obviously can't be an X-Base). The original solicit wasn't painted that way. Why the change?

Looks pretty tough but doesn't quite nail it for me. Not sure what I'd rather see. Maybe something a little more active. I like the menace of the pose but doesn't quite capture the power maybe?

A standing pose like this would be pretty amazing...

Maybe his X-Force costume wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, a simple repaint just doesn't do an x-force archangel justice. There's so much more that needs to go into the costume design. Hope that gets addressed.

Actually the repaint is cool for his X-force costume, his costume only actually changed the look during the Uncanny X-force run.

Here's a pic of a Museum Archangel I did to show how it need not take up too much space with the wings. The blades in the base I thought could be rad.

I like that wing treatment for a museum statue also.
I think Mark Newman said he used styrene plastic panels to fabricate Archangel's original wings, so I suppose it might be possible to bend them to just the right curve to pull this look off.
