In my spidy auction on ebay I say the reason i am selling that version is because I got the statuemarvels exclusive version.

a thinly vialed attempt to get more people who may not know about SM to the site.

Creating such a buzz about this specific ebay auction on a public message board (which is heavily frequented by the target group) very probably will have caused the final price of the auction to go up. The seller will be more than happy - unfortunately, we will never know what price the EX Spidey would have sold for if not for this thread.

Seems like nobody is willing to run the bid amount up at all prior to the last few hours and minutes. Since we know it's not from lack of interest, I take it as a sign there is going to be a heated sniping war in the last seconds of this auction.
You may as well have made this a short auction Joe, since none of the real action will be happening until it's almost over.

Yeah, Wayne....that seems to be typical ebay sniper strategy on high priced items. Bidders are afraid to drive up the price too early before the carnage in the last few minutes.

Yeah I think the only thing that will limit the selling price on this at all will be time finally running out with plenty of people still mashing the "bid" button.
