I already have a flag on my leg and a full blown army half sleeve on my left arm. That's the only reason my artist shied away from doing another flag.

99% of the bids I threw up there the other day have already been topped or even doubled by other bidders by now.
You're going to have to go up against a much heavier bidder than me if you want those pieces! It was never going to come down to a bidding war between us two little squirts.

Usually I do really well in the Vault auctions (on average 4 pieces per). I'm a contender! I'm SGT Nelson on the Vault btw. This one in particular is kicking my butt because my favorite number is #8 and Rocky put up every piece I requested: Phasing Vision, Scarlett Witch, Spidey/Venom, Ultron, Stealth Fury, Museum Panther, Falcon, and...RED HULK! If I can pick just ONE piece, it would be Red Hulk... we'll have to see how this pans out. I'm excited for everyone either way because this auction is HUGE!  |

I've done fairly well myself in the past auctions, but it seems to get tougher every time. It's irresistable to throw up a few bids at the start when prices are $200 or below, but prices rise to the stratospere pretty quickly in no time at all.
That was the only reasoning behind my early bids. I don't covet the Red Hulk as much as some others, the bidding was just low at the tme. Now that it's climbing up there you'll get no further competition from me on that one.
I have others I want to snare a lot more in this auction and the 'ol wallet ain't exactly bottomless. Good luck! |
