Default For Sorrowed Eagles Fans

Tell me about your favorite times of this past seaon. Let everyone know your high points and what you hope for for next year. (Please no haters coming in and saying "...my favorite point of the season was seeing McNabb get benched!". It's just not necessary.)

My favorite moment of the season was against Arizona on Thanksgiving night, when Dawkins intercepted his 34th interception of his career (all with he Eagles) to tie Eric Allen and Bill Bradley on the career interceptions list for the Philadelphia.

Hopefully we make a good run next season and have another chance at the Championship. Next year's opponents aren't too tough, with the exceptions of Carolina and San Diego (both games on the road). I feel we can make a strong case next season. Good luck nirds, hopefully we get some fresh new linemen in the draft!

THERE'S ALWAYS NEXT YEAR!

My favorite was when they schooled the Giants last week. That was pathetic! The New York teams get paid a lot & just lay down & die.

Mets...choked...AGAIN!
Jets....big baby Brett Favre couldn't deliver
Giants...treated like lil' children by the Eagles.

The only team I follow, even a little, is the Phillies. When I was a kid, I loved the Astros.

Coca, really guy come on. This is all you do is hate on everyone. Just leave it alone. Al has enough of an understanding of football to adequetly deduce who is/isn't good and who should/shouldn't be good.

Now if you have a good favorite moment of this past season tell it or move on to another thread.

I think Eagles should get rid of McNabb and let my boy, Kolb start at QB.

Well in Kolb's appearances he hasn't been any better than McNabb. Granted, at some point McNabb will have to go, just now now. And when he does Kolb will not be the answer. Makes too many bad reads and overthrows a lot (though if he can correct these mistakes I won't have any complaints).

Yeah McNabb should go. No QB in the HISTORY of the NFL has done more with less. I have met McNab on several occasion. One of the nicest guys you would ever meet. You know who has to go? Philadelphia fans that are too stupid to realize that all the Eagles management wants to do is to make the playoffs each year. They don't give a crap about winning it all. They are only concern with being good enough for the playoffs in the most water down sport on this planet. The parity league. I say bring back franchises.... at least each year the Eagles would kick the living **** out of Dallas. That was our Superbowl each year. Now all we have to look forward to is making the playoffs then losing in a championship game because guess what ... McNabb once again has no running game and no one to throw the ball to. And then all the dumb pathetic fans who have no lives except cheap beer, ugly obese wives and football on the weekends will call WIP and complain about McNabb.
That all said- the Eagles did good this year in the draft. But the fans will expect miracles from an offense that will need a little bit of time to click since most of the key players need more experience.

Favorite moment - the way Dawkins came back after having a bad game and proceed to destroy the opponent in the next game.

And why does this site log me out while I am typing and thinking's. Does that not hurt your google analytics - time spent on site?

The Philadelphia Eagles are saddened to announce Jim Johnson has passed away Tuesday afternoon at the age of 68 after a courageous battle with cancer.

In Memory of JJ ... - Philadelphia Eagles

Sorry to hear this.
He was as ferocious a defensive coach as any out there. I have always believed that Pennsylvania had the best defensive coaches out there.

I've been a Steelers fan for 37 years. Watching the Eagles get 9 sacks last year worried the hell out of me.

Jim Johnson and Dick LeBeau. Best of the best.

Again, My heart goes out to the family and friends.

Peace
