Having studied and practice in the law, I can't think of one. When this first came out, people would argue you have to pay for car insurance. The problem with that argument is you only have to pay for car insurance if you have a car, there is no law that you have to own a car.

Here you have to buy health insurance because you are alive.

Even as an Obama supporter, I had little hope of this result.
