I can't rave enough about SmugMug! All of the galleries on this site that were posted as of 01/09/09 were created using my SmugMug. More on that in a minute!
-- OK, signed up for a photo hosting site? Cool! Now you can "hotlink" images from that site to this site. How? Well, let's use Photobucket as an example. After you upload your pics to the site from your computer, you will see several choices under each picture.
Look for IMG Code
Click on the IMG Code of the picture you want to post on this board. Clicking that code will COPY it to your computer's invisible Clip Board. When you come back to this site, right click in the body of your message & choose PASTE. This will PASTE your image into your message.
Cool, huh?
****The only uncool thing is that if you ever delete the image from your photohosting site or move it, your pic on this site will come up as a red X. That sucks & we ask that you think about that before deleting or moving your pics on your photo hosting site. ******

Click on the thumbnail of the pic in Smugmug. It'll open a bigger version of that pic. Choose the size you want. Right click "Copy". Go to Statue Marvels & Right Click "Paste" into a post.

Just a quick bump...I've noticed over many threads that a few folks are attempting to post pics, but are just using an internet address instead of a IMG code.
Finding a pic, and just cut and pasting the http address will not work. You'll need the IMG code for the image to work.
Please see the directions/suggestions at the beginning of this thread for help.
There's so many good comments that are getting supported with images - so I'd personally like to be able to see the images as intended instead of the dreaded "red box"...
