No, but shouldn't be too hard to find. I have some put away somewhere. I'm using a Thor notebook for cards. And I have the folders put away.

I just picked these up for framing. They look nice next to the statues. Will post pics soon. Until then here is the catalog photos from that era.

A few years ago, somebody had this entire display for sale on eBay. I should have bought it.
I think all six covers were made as folders, notebooks and trapper keepers. The folders had additional art on the back and inside.
The iron-ons came with the yellow sheets seen earlier in the thread and with blue sheets as well.
