Batman Death of the Family Storyline Discussions
The first issue was awesome....I think this will top 'Court of the Owls'!
Snyder is writing the best Batman of the last 20 years soo I would advise jumping on board

Agreed! I read the first issue of Batman and Batgirl, even though Batgirl really had nothing to do with it, but they way the Joker showed up in Batman... SICK! definitely looking forward to this bound-to-be-epic story!

First Issue was awesome. I have to admit I really haven't liked Batman in like 10 years but Court of Owls brought me right in from issue one. Death of the Family is going to be awesome.
I love Greg Capullo's art too. Been a fan since his time on Spawn and this has been stellar.

So far he as been beaten and kidnapped by Joker...who is coming after the entire Bat family.
I'm telling you this is going to be bigger than Court of Owls

I can't believe I wasted 40 bucks on the preludes (Batgirl and Catwoman) I missed them so I bought them on ebay and what a disappointment no joker at the last page nothing mentioned of the joker, really preludes I think not!!
Now Batman I got and that was a great issue, I didn't get every issue of Owls but I am for DOTF so I can't wait, and Capullo's Batman rocks!!!

is it possible that joker may have got into the bat cave all those years ago? and has always known who every one in the bat family was?

He's crazy enough not to have played that card before. I wouldnt be surprised if he's always known and never let on.
Be the ultimate joke wouldnt it? Could have killed Bruce Wayne anytime but wants the Batman instead.
I could see him laughing in his cell at Arkham about it. Every time Batman brings him back Joker knows he could have killed him already a dozen times.

This story is OUTSTANDING!!the tie-ins are also pretty excellent. Joker has to know. The only question now is what's under the silver platter cover?
