My first X-Men comic.

Comics were hard to come by when I was young. You just had to hope the grocery store had something you would like, or anything at all.
I liked this story enough to make sure to look for new X-Men comics when my mom or dad took me to the store with them.

Once a boy becomes a man he's a man all his life, but a woman is only sexy until she becomes you wife.

Life is pain. Anyone who says differently is selling something.

Given to me by my Older Brother. First comic ever. Storm will always be my favorite comic book character because of this issue. Also this is one of my favorite covers. I will purchase a poster of this someday.

tbh I cannot remember what my 1st issue was, but this is my most earliest memorable comic and one of my favorite story arcs. My parents bought me this from the Newsagency. I was so young I cut the holograms off the covers

Great story. I used to cut up my comics and paste together collages of the Marvel heroes beating the crap out of the DC ones.
I think I even used a couple of issues of the Avengers and X-Men that were numbered in single digits....can you imagine?

We don't have kids... yet. If and when that happens, I will be passing my stuff along. However, I have a bunch of nieces and nephews that are looking forward to getting my stuff if I don't have kids.

Seriously?!?!
