What type of camera and lens do you use..? What settings...?

i use Nikon D90 with 18-105mm f3.5 & sometimes 50mm f1.8.
because the light source is yellow, i will set my white balance to make it looks natural color.
usually i will use f5 to f9 to prevent too much depth of fields, i would like to show the details as much as possible.
and to prevent under exposure in my studio. i would set my ISO to 600-1200
over 1200 then will you start notice too much noise.
shuttle speed will be set around 1/50 to 1/80

and i use photoshop/lightroom to edit/touch my photos

Thank you..! I'm hearing that the D90 is a very good high end. But it's the lenses that make me shake my head. I can't wrap my had around all of it - yet! Not to mention the costs...but in the end, a worthy investement...
