Faith, love the avatar!

I'll address this statue more once received. The only complaint I was trying to get across was the cost and having a plastic scooter. Maybe it would be a hard sculpt, but the cap & ghost rider bikes don't look to be plastic. If the bike is plastic, why am I paying more for this statue than the Thanos Throne statue? Granted different producers, but still a valid point IMO.

Got 1 from my LCS today....it is really full of details!!
However, I was told that it is quite fragile, needs to handle with care, they have broken a few (1-2 probably) in the shop, and warned me a few places where they are vulnerable. I have taken photos of the parts so that you will be careful when handling....

This is the part they broke on their display set.

The handbrakes and mirrors....

The whatever on the scooter...

The shop warns me about the sword. That is the single point attached to the body.

The magnet on the hands are strong. Mine has got problem, can't go in all the way....

Here's how it look. The base is heavy, about 1kg to 1.5kg. I don't like the reflective base, difficult to maintain, dust, fingerprints etc. The scooter doesn't feel like it is plastic, I think it is polystone.

I got mine last week. The scooter is not plastic as feared, however I think some parts of it are. The tires are rubber, which is cool. The hand coming into the wrist is a problem, it doesn't fit properly and with gentle force and a lot of anger I finally got it in (I heard tension in the arm or gun while doing it . . . I was freaking out). However, it still isn't all the way in and looks like the pic above.

There is no doubt this is delicate. It's cool that he has so much stuff on him, but because you have to force the arm in, it's hard to get a grip for fear something will snap off.

No doubt this is a great looking piece and is in scale with Bowen pieces if that is a concern for you, but for the dollar tag, not being able to get the arm in all the way, and the two or three delays in shipping (I think it was originally scheduled for a 2011 release and then later rescheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2012) I am dissapointed. I had already preordered the Hawkeye on the skycycle from my LCS so I'll see if it get's better from there. For the time being though, I'm holding off on future preorders.

As a final GG note, it's weird that you can't get a guild membership for a year from when you purchase it; according to the website, no matter when you purchase the membership, it expires at the end of the calendar year. Who is going to get a guild membership after June? Lastly, I would consider a guild membership in January if they were offering a Marvel piece, but they currently aren't.

I'll try to do a full review, like I do my Bowens, in the near future.

Well this is one I was holding out on because of the price. Fortunately I got a great deal on it... $260 shipped, brand spankin' new.

This thing is awesome, and certainly worth the three hundred plus dollars it retailed for. The detail on it is amazing. The size is imposing. And the base is reflective goodness. Essentially, this is a winner!

See for yourself:

On top of all that awesomeness... he fits in a detolf!!!

There's alot more details on his back, the sword, grenade with pins.....was hoping to put him on a turn-table inside the detolf since the detolf is placed against the wall, but the gun is too long to rotate. Perhaps mirrors will do the trick.

Yeah, mirrors are probably your best bet.

Great pics. I've looked at him almost every day since I got him.

Where did you get the epic risers?

I bought this piece with every intention to sell it. But upon opening him up to display and take pics, this is one bad ass piece I decided to keep. He will look great with the sideshow EX Deadpool when it arrives in June. Fantastic sculpt and got it for a steal.

LMAO! I can't believe that's the first video blog of yours I've seen. I gotta spend more time outside the Bowen section.
You have a real talent for this stuff. I'm surprised you're not the biggest Deadpool fan because you're certainly as funny and entertaining as Wade. That was a real fun watch.

Well, to be fair I only started posting videos about a week ago, but yes you should certainly spend more time in other sections. Thanks for checking it out TF and the compliments!
