Now taking questions for Squirrel's Corner August 2011
Hey gang!
I'm assembling questions for our next Q&A session with our senior manager of product development, Ashly. If you have anything you'd like to ask, please post it here. I'll include it in the list. I can't guarantee all questions will get answered (we get a LOT of them when we do these), but we certainly want to know what's on your mind. I know I'm already doing a Q&A thread on here, but this is the opportunity to ask a lot more in-depth, product specific questions, as Ashly's got a little bit more leeway when it comes to answering certain things. Please post away! I'll share a link to the full Q&A (with questions from across several forums, plus Twitter, FB and our blog) when it's ready. =)

Would GG consider forming a focus group for fan feedback based on current licensed properties...?

Does the Marvel License allow you to produce other items as well? Such as:
The Eye of Agomotto

The Ultimate Nullifier

A see through Wolverine displaying his Adamatium Skeleton

These are just the kinda "one-off" items that I think would be unique based on your agreements with Marvel...thoughts?

Any plans for the following SW busts in 2011/2012? Queen Amidala, Arena Padme, a New Qui Gon, Mace Windu w/lightsabre, Boss Nass, Kid Anakin, Jar Jar, Kama Su, Taun We, Admiral Thrawn, Xizor, Royal Guard Trainees (4 colors/emblems), Wampa, any more upcoming characters from KotR?
Will GG be doing any other 1:4 scale statues or bust lines other than Sucker Punch and Harry Potter? If so, which licenses?

I'm with Jarvis on this one. Curious as to how far out you guys think Daredevil is going to be? Any plans for Thor (or Thor-related) MBs? When will the Hawkeye MB being going up for order?

Pretty cool to see GG doing statues w/ vehicles, on that note, would GG be looking to do small scale Marvel vehicles? Like the X-Jet/Blackbird, Helicarrier, Quinjet, Fantasticar, Moon Knight's helicopter, etc.
Or how about mini structures like the X-Mansion, Stark Towers, Daily Bugle, Castle Doom, Sanctum Sanctorum, Baxter Building, Avengers Mansion, Asgard buildings, Aunt May's house, etc.
I just think it would be a great opportunity for GG to establish itself from the other companies by doing something different.

Any chance GG would consider pursuing a Hanah-Barbera license to tackle characters like Mighty Mightor, Space Ghost, Frankenstein Jr., Birdman and the Space Trio, Shazzan, Herculoids etc?
I know some of these have been done before, but it would be nice to see a full series of these guys.
Thanks!

Are there any plans to release the rest of the sucker punch girls in minibust format?
Also since the Babydoll nmini bust was a SDCC exclusive, will we prehaps see another of her?
Thank you!

Hey y'all,
Just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know that VS is still working on the Q&A. Unfortunately, she's also battling a lot of project deadlines right now, so she hasn't been able to give it her undivided attention. She is working on it. I don't have an ETA for it yet, however I promise I will post it as soon as it's live. Thanks!

Great pic! I know that a lot of collectors asked Ashly that very question for the Q&A, but I'm going to take a swing at answering it myself. Here's the deal with DC. We just picked up Marvel. It's going to take a little time for us to get traction with that license (and I *think* we've got something else in the works I can't talk about yet). I'm not saying we'll never do DC, but I don't see it happening in the foreseeable future. We've got a pretty full plate right now.
