It was messy, boring, long and unnecessary.
They kept talking about the child that escaped and Bane having his face messed up, and I'm sitting there thinking: "I know that Bane can't be the child escaping cause he grew up in the friggin place and nobody is saying him, they're all saying child, I can figure out it was a daughter - how come the world greatest detective can't?"
Catwoman was pointless, the fight with Alfred was so clearly a set-up for the misty-eyed ending that it almost made me scream, the constant auto pilot talk was a pain in the butt and the Bane vs. Batman fights was underwhelming. And then, in the end, Batman is rescued by Catwoman? He can't even beat this guy on his own. I mean, if your villain is a huge muscular guy, then at least have your hero kick the living **** out of him in the end. Or something. What did Batman do? He caught a motorcycle bankrobber-thingy. He got beat up by Bane, thrown into a hole, crawled back up, only to get another beating by Bane, then is rescued by Catwoman and flying away with a bomb.
+ I hate that Batman is changing his voice. I'm sitting there thinking "I would feel silly if I was Batman. I mean, the whole dressing up part is bad enough, but then doing this silly voice act as well... it's dodgy.
The best thing about this experience, for me, was the Superman Trailer at the beginning of the movie. I love that thing. The movie SUCKED!
3. I knew Bane would suck because, let's face it, Bane sucks!
Batman probably has the BEST villains of ALL super heroes, and then they choose Bane. It equals doing a Superman movie and then having Doomsday or whatever the heck this losers name was, as a villain.
I guess in Nolans "let's keep it realistic" universe, all the Bat villains look too un-realistic.
First off, Catwoman: while not really a pivotal piece to the movie, she served purposes that had meaning. I loved Anne Hathaway as her (I love everything she does). Though I feel Catwoman was less menacing as portrayed in the past but I liked this version.
Talia: No I will not tell you that I knew the whole time that Miranda Tate was Talia al' Goul. I had a very small idea when I saw the child in the "Pit" prison and saw the green eyes and instantly thought it was a girl (when we were supposed to think it was Bane). Now I initially wrote it off as a casting decision, obviously until Miranda stabbed Batman.
Bane: Ah Bane. A few people I have talked to were not happy with this Bane, but I LOVED IT! Best adaptation ever done of him. For a character to pull you into every scene he does with amazing body language and great fight scenes is amazing and, on top of that, his voice commanded that you listen and fear him. Some critics were not happy with his costume and I say it was great. Remember things need to be up-to-date and this series of movie was a technology and dark driven version of the superhero Batman. Great job by Tom Hardy.
Blake: New he was going to be Robin right from when he told Commish. Gordon that both his parents died when he was young (although it wasn't the conventional way). I thought Levitt was the second best performer of the movie, just after Michael Caine.
Parts I disliked:
1) Could have had Batman take down Bane as opposed to Catwoman with the bike guns.
2) The end when Levitt states his name as "John Blake" and the clerk says there's no record for that name. So he says "use my full name" and he hands her an I.D. card, which I thought was a perfect opportunity for them to just zoom-in and clear the picture to see "Dick Grayson". But instead they took the easy way out and just straight up called him Robin. Only part that really really bothered me.
That's it. I've seen it twice so far and will be seeing it again soon with some work friends.

2. As soon as Marion Cotillard was cast, I knew she'd be Talia.

She stated that her roll in the movie was not playing Talia, obviously she lied!
I loved it. The trilogy was great, and this was a fantastic way to end it. Can't beat The Dark Knight, but that's honestly a very tough act to follow.
Hathaway was wonderful as Selina Kyle.
And Batman did take down Bane in the second fight... He was done for before Talia stabbed Batman from behind and fixed Bane's facemask. Selina saving him by finishing Bane at the end was perfectly fine by me.

How Batman recovered from that stab was amazing, it's like he never was stabbed to begin with!!! LOL!!
I enjoyed the movie, yes I had a few issues with it and I have lots of questions, but over all I still like Batman Begins the best of these three (ignoring the terrible diaologue between Ra's and Batman on the train at the end of the movie) because the movie was about BATMAN!!!!!
Did I mention how much this one sucked. after sitting 5 hours in the same seat watching the two other movies, and with ever increasing excitement the last thing I would imagine is the boring, horrible, turd I ended up finishing the night with.
Fight scenes were horrible, Alfred leaving ....really?, cat woman was not bad but not good either, and the BAT helicopter/plane???? Utterly horrible
I can't even consider sitting down to watch it again, I am so pissed at the first time watching this, I consider the Batman a pair of movies instead if a trilogy.
didn't like the ever so obvious presentation of the name robin. wouldve preferred it to be richard/dick. when he was finding the cave, i expected a voiceover of bruce saying "anybody could be batman..."
and the autopilot/italy nonsense... i honestly wouldve preferred bruce to have died than to have made it all sweet...
the first batman v bane fight was cool... but the second was lame - seeing them just punch each other seemed silly when there were other people with weapons around... including a bat(wing) and apparently, he even had funky poison bat darts...
didnt really get the big gang v cops fight. you'd think more weaponry wouldve been used.
was upset at myself for not realizing it was talia when i knew ra's had a daughter...
