PS:I saw a early press premier of the movie and I though it was WEAK as well. To much CGI, not funny or FUN like the original. I hope Toby McGuire sees the new one, I think he'll feel pretty good about him self
PS: The special ending after the credits were STUPID ********** The Amazing Spiderman was WEAK!!!!!!! & so is this DOLL!

Not a fan of the costume design...not to take anything away from the detail because HT does a great job but the costume itself I have no love for

This figure is looks boring.
The clothing looks very bad and cheap
Body is unproportional.
Not for me.

The only Hot Toys figure I want is any Ironman I can get my hands on, the costume on the Spidey is awful!

Hot Toys always gives 110% to everything, and no faulting the folks that made the figure, it looks as good as any Amazing Spider-Man toy possibly could. Unfortunately it's saddled with that god awful costume that only looks tolerable when he was moving too fast in the action sequences to get a good look at it. I've got all the Avengers on order and I got the Spider-Man 3 red and blue figure (even though that movie was awful, the figure was fantastic), but this one's a pass for me.

Can't disagree more with the costume it self. I collect Ironman Hottoys but that's because of the nice parts and accessories that it comes with but as for this spiderman, I think they (not hot toys) tried too hard to make the costume more current. So this one is defintely a pass.

Pass for me as I don't collect Hot Toys. As for the costume, I don't think it's that bad. Maybe on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 6.
