Finally listened to the album from start to finish in one sitting the other day. I still solidly feel that Headlong Flight and Caravan are my favorite songs. The Wreckers and BU2B are good, and Wish Them Well snuck up on me and I liked it a lot. I have started to play a few guitar pieces from Headlong Flight which is the most fun of the 12 songs to play. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this album and can't wait for the October concert!

The song that's killing me right now is The Garden! WOW! It's totally blowing me away! Listen to it with the perspective of 3 guys creating this legacy over 38 years & this is their final good-bye. It's a beautiful thing & one of Alex's greatest solos!
Been listening to it constantly now for about 2 week's, really starting to "LOVE" this one.
Vapor Trail's had it's moment's.
Snakes and Arrow's was a much better Album/CD, and then this!!!!
Cannot wait to see them in Philadelphia 10/12!!!
Al. do you think this is it? Just wondering, maybe?
Wish I had a better sound system to really hear All the Greatness.
Everytime a Rush Concert comes up I still remember going to the first one.
Moving Pictures, Spectrum, 7th or 8th row, Geddy Lee was right in front of us, the beer was cold, and the sound was Intense, never really got over that Concert, no one has ever outdone it, Vapor Trail's Tour set was outstanding, but that was quite a few year's of history all in one Great Show!!

I remember my first RUSH concert as well: Grace Under Pressure Tour 1984!
I don't think this is the end. They are almost 60, but I think they want to do one more album. After that though, I think it's going to be hard for Peart physically. He said he can't see himself being able to perform at this level 10 years from now at almost 70.
We'll see!
If Clockwork Angels is the final album though? What a way to end it!
I'm not quite sure how this was getting mixed reviews. This is one hell of an album! I have heard most of it before I downloaded it today, but this was the first time I have it a whole-hearted listen by myself in it's entirety.
The Wreckers is standing out so far. Slower kind of song, but reminds me of some good 80's Rush.

Wreckers is my favorite! By the way, I have never seen reviewers kiss Rush's a$$ like they are doing for this album. Where are you seeing mixed reviews?

Usually I just read basic reviews on Amazon and Itunes. Basic downloading sites. I hate reading reviewer's reviews. I prefer to hear from the people who actually buy the albums. But... most of the negative reviews are fanboys holding onto albums like Pictures and comparing everything to it, so I take it with a grain of salt.
