I really want to like this, but it just doesn't look like Hal Jordan to me in the least. The pose is increadibly awkward, it's way too shiny and that pompadore hairdoo looks ridiculous. They obviously put some thought into this, but they completely lost me with that big hair.
Ray Vilafane's 1/4 scale Hal is still the best large-scale Green Lantern sculpt to date IMO, but I don't even like this as much as my DC Dynamics GL.
I'd like to get this if I had money to blow, but that's not in my forecast. Since I'm limited, I'm focusing on the main guys like Batman and Supes...maybe later down the road I'll pick this up. I'd like a Flash and WW too!

Sideshow has said they are focusing more on Premium Format statues from now on. Premium Format is no longer going to be just "cloth material" specific statues...it is just going to represent 1:4 scale items whether it has cloth material or not. I think they are fading out the comiquettes to create a uniform line of statues at 1:4 scale and a few other reasons.

Seeing that there looks to be a seam at the neck it may be a COH!? I think the multiple overhead lights at the con added to the shiny affect of it, but I do think it might look better toned down.
I've been contemplating about this piece for a week and just can't get myself to order it because of the lean and abdominal area of the sculpt. If it gets changed, I'll gladly change my mind.
