I ended up getting my sinister statue from the same seller. Arrived trashed..looked like it was packed by a retarded monkey. Avoid this guy at all costs. He has a dk ghost rider on the bay as well now...

The sellers ID is jay315. He has only offered me a refund if I will pay my self to ship it back to him. I have been forced to open a dispute. Been on ebay for so long I have never dealt with such an appalling seller, its astounding

Ive had issues in the past, it part of the hobby. I have just never had a seller so unreasonable in resolving something that's totally their fault

I feared the worst once you said you bought Sinister from him, but I figured once we didn't hear anything that you got lucky.

By all means, use my photos and my auction number as well to show eBay how this guy packages things, if you need to. They should be able to see he sent me a partial refund.
