circumstances around a single claim may not get you tagged, but paypal is aware of the scammers abound and now will red flag a buyer if he continues to make claims. this will definitely make it harder for that buyer to get paypal to side with them on future claims. continued abuse of the claims system gets your account suspended or canceled.

Yes, they bought the DD mini bust from me.... I sent it.... one month later, they filed a paypal claim/dispute.... I provided the tracking number and then Paypal closed the dispute saying that it was delivered to them. I got my money back.
