My modern cyclops arrived today with a broken piece on his wrist,and the factory glued the piece back on didn't even bother to lay it flat or fix the paint.so bummed as this was my Christmas present.usually buy dirent from bowen,this one wife got me from eBay as a suprise.anyone ever has to deal with an Exchange with discount comic book services,aka Cameron merkler.hope they handle Exchange for me,all bummer.pic later.

i would not lay the blame with DCBS for the break or reglue.they didnt open and ispect,this was solely a factory quality control issue.
i do however hope they exchange it for me,as they are the only ones who can handle returning it through diamond for credit.
I've delt with DCBS for years. They have always been fair and very helpful. I would think that you should have no problem with the return. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Same here. I have ordered dozens of items from DCBS off eBay wihout a single problem. In fact they have probably been one of the best eBay dealers I've ever dealt with in over 10 years of purchasing on eBay.
Contact them asap and give them an opportunity to correct this.
Speculating weather this happened at the factory level or not, I can't see Bowen QC missing an obvious break like that. However it happened I hope DCBS does right by you and based on many years of great service from them I think they will.

It's still available on the Bowen website. I think I'd order it there rather than take a chance on eBay after this.
Appeared to be factory sealed.sans a qc sticker.not sure they put those on the tape anymore.I only order from bowen,dcbs,and member trades and have quite the extensive collection.it really looks to be a factory mess up.I just hope it somehow gets made right.I sent dcbs an email and an message through eBay.
Just opened my modern cyclops from the same eBay seller and mine looks perfect. I think it was an isolated incident. Hope everything works out. Ps really happy with the way this statue came out.

me too, i really am anxious to get this into my lineup(just finished up astonisihing xmen in about 3 days).if i had know it was still available direct ,i may have ordered it there.with my cc discount the price would not have been much more

Him know and he said pack it back up. The next day, the ups guy arrived at my door with a return label to him. I sent it back and a new piece arrived about a week later. Great guy in my book....
