So I finally go this beauty! I have had this project in mind since this statue was first sneaked over a year ago. I'm really happy with the sculpt! Just beautiful!
This is one of my favorite incarnation of Storm in the last 10 years so I thought it would be befitting the statue.
The custom job is not perfect. I didn't get enough information on the guy before I hired him and he wound up not doing as clean of a job as one would expect on this sort of commission.
I wanted to make sure that was clear, in case anyone notices the flaws and wonders if I overlooked them(of course my strategic shots will hide a lot of them). Believe me I did not, and will be going elsewhere in the future for custom jobs.
All that notwithstanding, she turned out pretty great and looks great in my modern display.
Enjoy!

You know, sometimes when I'm bummed out, I go here and look at your collection. It really makes me happy.
Your modern Storm looks GREAT (from what I can see). Really nice. And the pic with the three Storms together - WOW!
Did you paint Emma yourself? She's also really good.
I'm also waiting for Punk Storm. I have decided that when she arrives, I'll post pics of my very small and simple collection :-)

Thanks Jesper! I'm glad the collection can bring you joy through this thread and it brings me joy every day.
I did paint Emma myself. She came out pretty rough, but it gave her outfit a leathery look which is pretty cool.
I look forward to finally seeing your collection. The size doesn't matter, just he motion of the ocean!
