Default pineapplet's small collection

Been collecting for less than a year. Not very focussed (as anyone can see from the pics i'm about to post), and i'm basically buying anything that looks nice to me or reminds me of my younger days collecting comics (i was (actually still am) a big x-men fan). Forgive all the bad focus shots. All my photos are taken without a tripod. cheers!

Starting first with my favourite piece...

koto IM bust... my first purchase (in terms of busts and stats), and i've come to regret it. colour's all wrong for one thing. the vibrant red here is the result of a bit of post-processing.

colossus bust with an annoyingly visible paint chip, which i am told is not uncommon for this particular bust. yet another milestone in my collecting experience (i.e. that QC is a very big and sensitive topic in this hobby!)

surfer.. which i keep telling myself to send to chrome but i never get round to it.

guns and boobs... what's not to love.. my one and only japanese PVC (not by choice.. my better half looked upon this one quite dimly so there's a moratorium on all such pieces for the foreseeable future)

more bowens..

and my other favourite line of stuff, aside from bowen of course.. Hot Toys! Really have to say that their attention to detail and just full-on coolness of their figures are simply amazing. Have a t-600 on preorder and i'm going nuts waiting for it to come!!

Thanks for looking!

Thanks!

Bought the MkI straight of the shelf last week dude. I was strolling around the local toy shops during lunch hour and almost all of them had 1 box on display (shipment must've come in during the past few days). I think it has to do with the fact that i'm in Asia and they come straight from hot toys and not through SS.

You definately started your collection off on the right foot.

It's a shame about that Colossus MB. I don't have him yet, but you do see alot of that on the ones on eBay.

And I want that Fett bust so bad I can taste it!

Thank you so much! My office is my favorite room in my house. I wish I had room for even more detolfs, but I don't.

Great collection.

That Jean Grey is awesome.. I might cave eventually and pick 'er up!

Only women in my collection are Caiera, Kitty and Leia presently.
