After nearly two years of peeking into everyone else's collection rooms I figured it was about time to share mine. I really wanted to put this in the Bowen display section since I think I only have maybe 8 or 10 pieces out of over 250 or so that are not Bowen, but rules are rules. I'll be creating a separate thread for my customs once I have them all painted.
The following pictures are of what formerly served as my home office. Now it's just a place to kick my feet up, watch movies and bask in the goodness that is Marvel Comics. I'm still working on getting all the doors on my book cases...got a stack sitting in my garage...
It should be noted that this whole thing started by seeing a FS Thing statue behind Stan Lee during an interview. Went down to the LCS and decided I would only pick up Avengers MB. Started with Quicksilver (blue), then safari jacket Wonder Man. After quickly amassing about a dozen Avengers I decided I need their villains too. The rest is history...

So I get this far in and I finally figure out that I can resize all my uploaded images at one time...
You'll notice that there are fewer comics in these displays. I have some designated, I just haven't gotten around to digging them out. I'm sure some of you hardcore X-Men fans can guess which covers I have in mind. Unfortunately my mutants get the short end of the stick when it comes to getting the love. They'll get their glass doors soon though...just have to haul them upstairs.
This pairing bothers me to no end. I really have to track down a classic Cyclops this year.

Reserved for my Hanna Barbera FS display. Already have Blue Falcon and Birdman in hand. Thought I had Space Ghost coming for Christmas, but the deal fell through.

Again, love your display! I also was only going ot do Avengers, but then it quickly turned to add in the X-Men... Then it added GI Joe, then Star Wars....

You were closer than you know. It's called Mount Marvel: Heroes & Villains Bookends. I picked it up dirt cheap because it had a small color chip. $50 shipped if I remember correctly. Not sure what the original retail was on it, but it was sold by Diamond Select Toys (edition size of 1000).
