I had a Ron Lim head put on and the whole statue repainted by John Ficchi. I have seen a lot of Thanos repaints and most of you know I am a huge Thanos fan. He knocked this one out of the park. This one is the best I have ever seen.... By far. Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks for looking. The paint looks even better in person, if you can imaging that....

Wow!! That is an awesome paint app. The base is stunning!
Yeah, it looks like he just stepped out of a comic book, the way the paint shimmers in the light it absolutely amazing. I am no photographer and I only use my phone to take pics. Imagine how it would look if someone who knows how to take pictures took them and with a decent camera! It is breathtaking...
Ditto... the baby teeth on the new head freak me out (there are 30% more teeth crammed in there, with space between them. *shudder*), but the face doesn't scream Thanos to me.
That is a killer paint app though on Thanos, and the base is much better as well.
very nice...i have the ron lim head also, and the thanos statue...in time..when i get the time..im gonna repaint mine..but keep the original gold and go with a royal blue colors..and dark blackish blue shadows...great statue congrats man!!!
Must have been one of those odd numbered days, even month, when the moon is full. A lengthy interrogation to substantiate that you are a Thanos fan, as well as a secret handshake, followed by the secret dance and song.
Thanks for all the great comments. I still can't get over how great this turned out. It is painted to match the custom bust on the custom thread. I am so very pleased. Makes me want to get another one done...lol
Smoking!!! repaint I love it. I have been looking to do this to another Museum Thanos for years now however I need a Ron Lim Head and my bud Skorpsta won't sell it to me lol ... what can I do can anyone help?
As I told you before, this is def the best repaint of this statue I've seen yet! While I like the comic book feel to the Ron Lim face sculpt, I too prefer the original head. Only because it's just so menacing! Good stuff Justin!
