what character from Maravel did DC took Marvel to court over. and what
was the reason?

I remember Marvel took DC to court over Captain Marvel. I can't remember who DC took Marvel to court over.

ok. the character I'm referring to shares the FIRST name from both
companies. remember I'm talking about the MARVEL character, so that
means the DC character came first.

ok. the answer is WONDER MAN. DC felt that they owned the rights to WONDER
and well when Marvel did Wonder Man, DC felt that they violated their rights. the funny thing is the same can be said about POWER MAN and POWER GIRL. PM is way older
than PG. lol.
