WIP Mystique to 80's Dazzler

I decided to take a shot at an 80's Dazzler from my favorite era of X-Men. I took a Mystique, broke her arms and reshaped them, added "shooter hands" and all of the emblems on her costume. I passed on the headband, because I wanted to go for her look pictured below.

Please excuse the lousy pictures, and bad perspective, I'll post better shots after I start painting.

Thank you for the kind words everyone. Here are some WIP pictures, I just have some spots that need to be repainted (neck, arm, base) but otherwise she is nearly complete. Thanks for looking!

looking good john...i would paint her lips a deep red and add black eyeliner around her eyes..over all great paints

Thanks Rob! I agree about going darker on the lips but I think I'll use a dark pink to match her look from the comics. Good call on the eyeliner, I didn't even consider that.
