Here is one of the projects I'm working on now a conversion of the Tarantula bust into the Iron Man villain the Ghost. This is his original look from the 1st volume of Iron Man. The sculpting is complete and it has been sprayed with primer. In have some more sanding to do and then I'll do the armor in a gloss white and the cloth parts in a satin finish.

I like where you're going with this. I actually have an extra Spiderwoman that I want to try to convert to a Photon/Captain Marvel (Monica) as well an extras of Quicksilver and Namor, one of which I'd like to convert to a Starfox. Unlike you, I haven't mustered up the sack to actually try it. Kudos, bro!
Thank Kenn, I appreciate the comments! I know we try to be so careful with these pieces that the hardest part is taking a tool to one for the first time. Just fill up a bucket of acetone and drop it in. Once the paint starts coming off there is no turning back.
I can definitely see Quicksilver as Starfox and Spider Woman as Monica. Nice ideas!
