ARH Submariner FS

I was able to aquire this statue a few months ago and I don't really know a lot about it. I'm pretty sure it was sculpted by ARH, but there is no information on the base (i.e date, statue number, edition size, etc). I'm hoping someone here can provide me some information about this statue and the approximately value. I'm going to post this statue for sale in the "For Sale" section. If no one is interested here, I may put it on Ebay, or just keep it in my collection.

I'm surprised the ARH guy(s) did not chime in on this one with some helpful insight. Maybe it is not an ARH statue, who knows??

It's unlicensed, so it's probably better that they don't. ARH now runs a legit operation.
