Here are some pics I have been wanting to post for some time now. I have 11 of the WB collectors plates that I have just now been able to hang up. Need to adjust the height on two of them. Really like the way they display.
The Scarlet Witch and Vision statues really look great together. Very nice collection!

I have finally - FINALLY - finished my display case. I bit the bullet and purchased the acrylic top that I have been wanting to buy. So, the original top is now the bottom and the look is much cleaner.
For the other custom display I need to puchase a glass shelf and some extras to plug in the extra LED strip that I have.
The newest additions to my collection are the Bowen Phantom and It Girl busts. Pretty cool busts might I add.
Oh - and as you can see, the new case looks killer with risers. Sorry about the flash, but the glass is a pain to take out.
Would love to start getting my various busts signed by the artists some day.
Maybe it will happen....well, I HOPE it happens.
Thinking about purchasing another display case like the first black one that I had built. This time I will make sure it comes with a glass shelf and I will also order another set of risers.
I am going to put all of the 'Bad Guys' into this case. The room that I free up will give me some space for additional full size statues at some point.

Thanks! I love the risers as well. I am going to begin picking up more full size statues in the coming months. I am torn between Spider Man villains or Avengers.
I love your collection & blog. I never had a plan when I started collecting. I just fell into it. Even now I don't have a plan other than trying to get some pieces into it. I envy collectors like you who have a plan, and have a disciplined, focused collecting method. My focus is nuts, out of control, more like, if it's cool, I get it.

Nothing wrong with an out of control method
My latest busts were the Ming and Flash set - very well done. I will be making my first flexpayment for the new 12 SS Snake Eyes on the 15th, which will take a chunk out of my collecting budget for this month.
I have also gotten back into Magic The Gathering and have used statue money to buy cards - hey, they take up less space than comic books.
With my plans on attending the Emerald City Comic Con in 2013 expect me to pic up a few creator specific pieces.
There will not be a Portland Comic Book Show this November, which means I will not have a means to unload some of my unwanted items w/o resorting to ebay. Really am disappointed as I think I had some odds and ends that people would have purchased from me (old MTG cards, some TPB, some other company statues etc.).
I will be purchasing some LED items in the coming days to put a light in my black case. Then I will most likely purchase a statue before the end of next month (Unless Eternity comes in)
Still no pics - sorry folks. New job is keeping me busy, I have an office to myself which is cool , and my family had requested that I not buy anything new before Christmas.
But, I am sure I can sneak something in here and there.
The only new thing that I have purchased and actually have in my home.
I just took part of the buy 1 get 1 free deal on GI Joe 12" figures and hope to have both the mystery figure and the Crimson Guard figure in my hands soon.
Was just sent an email stating that the Snake Eyes and timber was delayed again until January - oh well.
OK - I have canceled every Bowen Bust order I have made with the exception of Eternity. I have found that I am not as excited about busts right now. I try and get into them, but Groot does nothing for me. The X-Men are really cool, but I dont want to drop $200+ on a box set of busts at the moment when I can pic off some other things.
There are still Busts that I want to get, but I may not buy them until after I have purchased another black cabinet like the one I got earlier this year.
I did order the SS StormShadow Statue!!! very excited about this one as well.
Still not sure how far I want to go with Star Wars stuff. Maybe not that far - who knows. The GG Busts look great, but do I want more busts and where would I put the ones that I buy?
Do I dump my Anime Theme section? CS Moore, DC Direct? Honestly, I really dont have a preference on the DC stuff so much any more.

Yeah your still a slacker!. I should have an update on the 26th as that is when I should have the Barroness PF in hand. I just put the stormshadow Ex on flex pay.

I dont know if they will do another snake eyes. Sadly this line more and more is looking like it is ending. It is so slow with any pre-orders and DC has 4 come out batman, superman, poision ivy, and joker. Gi Joe has had Cobra Commander and Baroness. 4/2 but about the snake eyes statue I am alright not having one as I have the full size bust.
I am thinking of doing a blog like you brother. I have had so much free time as of late I have to keep looking at the things that make me happy to get though this rough patch.

Here is the home of my Joe display in progress. Qubes 1 - 3 is all Palisades stuff. Qubes 4 - 6 is going to be the 12" figures.
The bottom six qubes will be for the statue series. I am going to have to take out shelves to add Storm Shadow, and I hope for more full size Joe stuff to fill up the other two slots.
On the wall above it I am going to frame a series of Joe puzzles that fit together. Should look pretty cool when I am done I think.
Here is the future home of my Spider Man display. Qubes 1 - 3 will be the Dynamic forces 'Kraven's Last Hunt', Large Green Goblin & Spiderman Busts from Qube 6 in the previous post, and the Horizon Kits from Qube 5 also from the previous post.
I am going to put Vulture in spaces 8/5.
Kraven is going to go in slot 4, Mysterio in 6.
Doc Ock and Lizard should round out 7 & 9.
Hope that Sandman can fit in Spot 10 and will put both Electros in Spot 12.
Not sure what kind of wall art will go above. That space may be for Star Wars.
