We understand that demand is high for the women of the Marvel Universe. Likewise we know these characters would make a great addition to our growing collection of Fine Art Statues. As we schedule product for 2010 and beyond we’ll definitely be taking these facts into consideration.

Yes, we currently have product planned to coincide with the release of Iron Man 2 (this should come as no surprise since this was announced at SDCC). Additionally, our staff will be working closely with our factories in China to ensure that all our production pieces equal our paint masters in regards to color and application accuracy.

gonk! Thanks for making this thread! I love the Koto villain series the most! That Fine Art statue line has the greatest potential in my opinion because who doesn't want a group of Marvel Villains (1:6 scale) together on one's shelf? The first villain Venom is the most amazing Venom sculpt ever with a light-up base!
Can you ask Koto to see if the following villains get made from the Koto Villain Series?
One concept being explored is team formations. Much like our Avengers Reborn series characters could be displayed alone or combined with other releases to form a team portrait.
So what do members think? If Kotobukiya were to release Fine Art Statues of the X-Men, which team formation would you like to see?

I would say the following X-team formations:
a) New X-men: Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, Colossus, NIghtcrawler, Thunderbird, Banshee
b) X-force: (Wolverine, Warpath, X-23, Archangel)
c) JIm Lee Era: Gambit, Rogue, Cylcops, Jean Grey, Psylocke, Wolverine, Beast
